Caring for others and the world around us is the core inspiration behind Inner Spring Yoga. Key to this mission is ensuring that everyone feels welcome and safe in their yoga practice. This isn’t a passive objective, either… this class is free and reserved for only Black, Indigenous and people of color participants. “This class is a space of solidarity, community, and healing for those identifying as people of color to support their physical and emotional health and wellbeing,” organizers wrote on the Inner Spring website. Reservations are required. In-person space is limited, but a livestream link will be provided upon registration (and remain available for 48 hours).
