Rejoice nerds, as Wizard World is upon us again. Like Fandom Fest, Wizard World is about getting fans in the same room as some of their favorite celebrities, from the cast of “Arrow” or “Gotham,” to Captain Kirk himself, William Shatner. Initially a comic book magazine, Wizard expanded to include nerd and geek culture writ large, be that in the world of print, or in the world of pop culture. There are so many awesome folks coming through that it’s hard to really pick one standout, between the aforementioned guests and “Dr. Who” and “Harry Potter” cast members, but the almighty Bruce Campbell is making a rare convention appearance, and that’s something special. Get that perfect nerdie selfie and all hail the king this weekend, baby!
