Do you feel that? The irresistible urge to sprint over to that adorable dog walking past you and smother it with love because it’s so damn fluffy you could scream! Well, at the 21st annual Waggin’ Trail Walk for Animals, benefiting the Kentucky Humane Society, that kind of strange behavior is encouraged. Apocalypse Brew Works will be onsite with a new brew, “Who’s a Good Beer?” created especially for Waggin’ Trail, wine by Chateau La Paws (which raises money for shelter pets) and food trucks. But, wait, there’s more: live music but Ghost Holler and Dick Chaney; an animal art booth where owners can have their pets create unique works of art; competitions for best dog kisser and most alike pet and owner; and animal rescue groups will be there with adoptable pets for you to take home with you.
