The Tyler Park Neighborhood Association is hosting a classic, July 4th celebration in a park setting. It’s a picnic, as it should be, with a kids’ parade, food and beer trucks, field games with prizes, neighborhood booths, a flag raising ceremony and live music by the Derby City Dandies. Bring your own food, drinks and blankets or chairs. ­
