Louisville Literary Arts concludes this virtual summer reading series — a collaboration project with Flying Out Loud and Correspondence: A Literary & Music Salon — with four accomplished and inspiring writers, poets and artists. Catherine Theis is an author of two books. The second, “MEDEA,” is an adaptation of Euripides’ play, set in Big Sky, Montana, which was produced as a play performed in Chicago. Tytianna Wells is an author of eight books, including the children’s book series “Sweet Pea and Sugar Tea’s Country Family Adventures.” Sarah Alcaide-Escue, “a wandering poet,” is poetry editor at The Adirondack Review. Natalie Earnhart, “a queer hybrid writer” is a co-founder of Tart Parlor, an activist reading series that raises awareness of sex worker’s rights and local organizations supporting sex workers.
