Time to kick off Derby season with Louisville-centric art from the stylish and fabulous Twiggy (aka Carla Terwilleger!) With her bright new show, “The Favorites,” Twiggy spotlights some of Louisville’s best, including Derby, bourbon, haute fashion, beautiful women and libations. Twiggy’s fascinating and curvy divas command the canvas with color, style and plenty of attitude. Twiggy’s stunning paintings start as doodles on cocktail napkins, which seems the proper way to start her glamour. Twiggy’s goal is to “paint the life people want to have” and she has succeeded with flying colors. Opening reception is April 22 from 7–10 p.m.
