“THE DANCE” = 10 poems by Ron Whitehead, 10 recordings, five videos and a photography installation. Whitehead, in collaboration with the Glass Eye Ensemble and singer/songwriter Sheri Streeter, is premiering the multimedia event live Friday, March 1 at 8 p.m. (doors open at 6 p.m.). Expect the mystical — it’s described as an “exploration of one woman’s and one man’s journey to recover, to discover their souls. ‘THE DANCE’ is the hero’s journey every seeker must take … if we can find the courage … and if we can survive the journey.”
