Saving Sunny is near and dear to our hearts because it shows love for our furry friends, plus it was founded and built by LEO’s Barkeep Confessions columnist Kelsey Westbrook to honor her late dog Sunny. The flagship event is an art and music festival for two- and four-legged friends. There will be live music all day, as well as food and beverages for sale from V-Grits, SnoWhat Snoballs, West Sixth Brewing, Joella’s Hot Chicken and Red Top Hotdogs. And, if you’ve already got your dog’s Halloween costume picked out, get the most out of it and bring them all decked out. —LEO
