Despite its name, this festival has less to do with steamboats and more to do with exploring the art, music, food and drink of Southern Indiana. There also will be plenty of family-friendly activities to take in, including sand-sculpting demonstrations, the chalk walk, a balloon glimmer and the Puppet Extravaganza at Bicentennial Park. There also will be wine tastings and fancy farm-to-table dinners for the adults without kiddos.
