The “State of Black Louisville” report will be a remarkable, consequential document for this city. The report will be presented by its contributors through a TED Talk-style presentation. It will offer a comprehensive, in-depth look at “how African Americans in Louisville are doing — in jobs, justice, education, and housing,” according to Louisville Urban League. It will include data, essays and reflective commentary from leaders and key stakeholders from around the community. The report will also present a road map for the city to remedy the enduring inequalities. A catered reception will follow the presentation. More on the report can be found at stateofblacklouisville.org.
