The ACLU of Kentucky is joining with 21c Museum Hotel to celebrate and explore civil liberties. “Young leaders from the community will share their personal journey of political power through spoken word and storytelling.” This event coincides with the opening of “Dress Up, Speak Up: Costume and Confrontation,” which depicts the discrimination in “both identity and its artistic representation.”
