Not painter Joyce Garner; she was selected the 2021 South Arts State Fellow for Kentucky. The program recognizes artists in the South (Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee).
