This is not just your normal walk in the park. Take an evening stroll through Bernheim on this guided lecture/performance walk, exploring “the relationships between sound, music, and nature.” Leading the walk will be three professional, multitalented artists, including: sound-walk artist and researcher Andra McCartney from Concrodia University in Montreal, Canada; Wu Fei, a classically-trained composer whose work has premiered internationally; and, Louisville composer, sound artist and software engineer Conner Waldman, who will debut his newest piece, which turns live earthquake data into a living piece of music. Don’t forget a blanket, chair, flashlight… and probably gloves.
