Shelby Park/Smoketown Tree Planting

A new study shows that there is enough land in existing parks, forests and elsewhere to plant 1.2 trillion trees, which would cancel out 10 years of carbon emissions and save the planet from catastrophic climate change. Well, gotta start somewhere… and Louisville Grows is about to hit a major milestone, planting the 500th tree in Shelby Park. Join in and help make Shelby Park a greener place, and help us get a little closer to 1.2 trillion.
