Spring is almost here, which means it’s time to go out and get your hands dirty prepping your garden for the summer. If you are an old pro looking to swap some extra seeds from last year’s yield, or a novice looking for seedlings and advice, this is your event. And if you can’t make it to this swap, don’t worry, the Portland Library will host swaps on March 25, April 8 and April 22.
