Rock The Water Tower has been one of Louisville’s can’t-miss annual parties since I was in high school. This year, The Louisville Crashers headline the daylong music festival with performances by The School of Rock, Thumper and the Plaid Rabbits, Tony and the Tan Lines and special guest appearances by John Elefante and Johnny Edwards. Some of Louisville’s finest local BBQ will be for sale, as well as drinks in a Four Roses Bourbon Tasting Lounge… for those out of high school and old enough to drink bourbon. Unfortunately no pets are allowed, so let your dog watch the kids and make your way to the banks of the Ohio River.  —Aaron Yarmuth
