Louisville native and current WBC Junior World Super Featherweight Champion Carlos Dixon returns to action this week in an 8-round bout at a unique venue — we’re used to seeing concerts at Iroquois Amphitheater, but this fight night will be the first sanctioned boxing match held there. Dixon — who is 11-1 — hasn’t fought since before the pandemic, but the 24-year-old seems ready to continue his upward trajectory. The undercard will feature both pro and amateur fights.
