‘Retrospective’

Evolving Gallery has had a good first year. Open on F.A.T. Fridays, the gallery is saying thanks to eight artists it exhibited in 2015. Normally a retrospective is a lifelong body of work by one artist, but in this case the gallery is using the term to mean a year’s showing by work by multiple artists. The artists are Britany Baker, Linda Erzinger, Suzy Hawkfire, Kelly McCarthy, Nicole Navarra, Brice Powers, Tara Remington and E.M. X-Ray. “2015 was our first year as a gallery and we couldn’t have done it without these amazing artists,” says co-owner Kelly McCarthy. “We are honored to show their work, both old and new, once again in this retrospective show.”
