‘Reality & Dreams: Shared Loves’

Photographers Dobree Adams and Marcia Lamont Hopkins are members of the latest edition of the Lexington Camera Club (it originally existed from the 1930s to the death of its most prominent member, Ralph Eugene Meatyard, in the ‘60s). Adams said she and Hopkins “have been playing together for about 15 years, shooting, critiquing, posing for each other.” Their photographs share a dream-like quality, whether it be a nude or landscape. —Jo Anne Triplett
