A burgers and brats cookout is OK, I guess, but a paella and sangria cookout is something special. Professional chefs will make the paella, a Spanish rice dish with saffron, vegetables and your choice of seafood or chicken and chorizo. There will also be Spanish sangria available, made by Trouble Bar Beverage Director Felicia Corbett. And to really set the vibe, Yapa!, a Latin fusion band, will be playing. Proceeds go to the Americana Community Center’s programs from refugees and immigrants.
