From the murder of Breonna Taylor and David McAtee to the protests and arrests, as well as the response by the police and government that followed, people are fighting for neighbors’ human rights and their own. The Kentucky Commission on Human Rights is hosting this virtual workshop to provide a basic overview of the Kentucky Civil Rights Act and how the KCHR can help enforce and preserve those rights, including claims of discrimination in areas of employment, financial transactions, housing and public accommodations. The workshop is free, but donations will be accepted.
