Old Louisville SpringFest

SpringFest is a good old fashioned neighborhood street fair in the heart of Old Louisville between Oak and Magnolia. In addition to the historic eye candy provided by the neighborhood’s many Romanesque, Gothic, Queen Anne and Beaux-Arts homes, you’ll find artists, music, food trucks, bourbon slushies, beer and more. Cool selfie-alert: The Straight Axle Mafia car club is displaying its meticulously restored and ridiculously fast cars. To help raise funds for children in need, Kosair Charities will provide a KidsZone for the kids to learn, play and sing. Everyone can enjoy the music of a DJ, spinning through the day and night with performances Friday and Saturday nights 7-9 p.m. by In Lightning, a local seven-member rock symphony with violin, cello, French horn, guitar, bass, piano and drums.
