Can’t afford to take a trip to Hawaii this summer? Me neither, but we can get our taste of tropical island fun this weekend at Copper & Kings, where the Ohio River Surf Club are hosting Kentiki. It’s a night of live music by surf rock band Interia (featuring members of Wanda Jackson’s touring band, Bodeco and ex-members of the Ladybirds), DJ Woodrow on the Radio, world class Tiki cocktails featuring Copper & Kings American Brandy and food options includes Butchertown Pie Company pasties, delicious grill brats and other summer favorites. Guests are also encouraged to wear hula skirts, Hawaiian shirts and flip flops. Admission also includes your first tiki drink.
