Louisville has NuLu. Now, Jeffersonville and the Jeffersonville Public Art Commission are dedicating NoCo as its arts and cultural district, located at the Picasso Pointe area of Seventh and Spring streets. To mark the occasion, come to the all-ages event with art making, food and live music. Speakers will include Mayor Mike Moore, Councilman and Public Art Chair Nathan Samuel and artist Wilfred Sieg III, who created the water tank mural. The Art Center, Maker13 Space, Vintage Fire Museum and Clark County Museums will be open.
