‘New Paintings And Sculptures’
By Matthew Metzger

Out with the old, in with the semi-new. Moremen Moloney Contemporary has shortened its name to Moremen Gallery (Susan Moloney is no longer a partner), and it has moved to Museum Row. The focus of the gallery has also been redefined. “What I’ve realized over the last 24 months is that my passion is for the new and emerging artists that are doing things we haven’t seen before,” said gallery owner Susan Moremen. “I want art to be something that is provocative enough to invite conversation, and yet something beautiful that you will love living with forever.” Its first exhibition will feature new work by color field artist Matthew Metzger.
