‘Nature In Play’

Artist Susan Moffett died earlier this year and she is celebrated in a couple of exhibitions in our area. One is “Nature in Play,” a show featuring her prints and drawings of trees, rocks and water alongside the ceramic sculpture of John McCarthy. Since Moffett was a founding member of PYRO Gallery, it is also displaying a retrospective of her work, from 1974 etchings to the last sketches she created while in the hospital. The opening reception is Sunday, July 22 from 1 to 4 p.m.
