The Greatest would have been 75 years old on Jan. 17. In honor of his life — a life of service, inspiration and entertainment — the Ali Center is opening a special exhibit for one long weekend. The Tribute Show will feature unique pieces of art from the Center’s collection, or on loan, for this special occasion. The Ali Center will even be open on Monday (when it is usually closed), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, for continuous screenings of King’s “I Have a Dream” speech. The tribute show will be open through his birthday, on Tuesday, Jan. 17, which is also International Mentoring Day — most fitting for the Greatest mentor of all time.
