Movie Meltdown brings Louisville’s most eccentric artists and Hollywood together with a movie-themed art show. Prepare to be enchanted, excited and frightened by original works of art based on your favorite movie icons. Local musicians Kendra Renee Villiger, Swino and Plastic Melodies will be performing on the “Alley Theater Arts Caravan” (a full-sized TARC bus converted into a mobile stage.) The creativity is not limited to art and music as all guests are encouraged to show up in their geekiest cosplay costumes. Seasoned cosplay actors will be on hand to mix-and-mingle. Guests can also become a virtual ‘Movie Geek’ as a caricature artists will be featured to draw guests as characters from their favorite movies. This grand spectacle will coincide with the Frankfort Avenue Trolley Hop.
