It is going to be a beautiful weekend for a road trip, so head out to Irvine, Kentucky, (about two hours away) for this music festival where you can “fill up your jug with peace, love and sweet harmony.” There will be more than 30 bands from all over the country and a few Louisville bands including the Quiet Hollers, Ben Sollee and Nellie Pearl. There will also be performances by spoken word artists, yoga and food trucks. Not to mention this takes place with the natural beauty of Appalachia all around you.
