With screens, social media and technology invading every second of our waking hours (and sometimes even our sleep), peace of mind and simple breathing has never been more important. That’s what my watch tells me every hour. Breathing, meditation and other mindfulness techniques are invaluable for our mental health, but also help us concentrate or be more creative. Three professionals will guide you over four hours in mindfulness practices in the Speed galleries.
