This is the 11th anniversary of oldest and largest Zombie walk in the world. So be prepared for it to be a bit bigger, a bit louder and quite a bit more undead. Pre-parties start at 5 p.m. at Highland Taproom, Nowhere Bar, The Back Door and Big Bar. The Walk starts at your choice of either MidCity Mall’s parking lot or the corner of Eastern Parkway and Bardstown Road. An outdoor after event will be held on the street in front of the Highland Taproom that includes music by Vice Tricks, Nülydedz, Boner City, I Have A Knife, Stagecoach Inferno, Thriller Dance by Terpsichore Dance Crew and DJ Crash. Enter the costume contests for Grossest, Hottest, King & Queen and the coveted Golden Machete (best overall costume.) “Send more medics.”
