The second Thursday of every month, Louisville Grows hosts a film to inspire social awareness and activism. This month is “Served Like A Girl,” a documentary that follows female veterans wounded while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan, as they compete in the Ms. Veteran America competition. Also, Louisville Grows is receiving a $1-for-$1 match from the Fund for the Arts’ Arts Match Program, so please consider a donation so that they can continue to put on programs to help elevate the neediest parts of the community.
