With the recent HIV/AIDS epidemic in our area, and the country’s growing heroin problem, HIV/AIDS awareness (and remembrance of those lost) is as vitally important as ever. The Kentucky AIDS Alliance’s annual AIDS walk is a chance to connect with, and support, the local organizations combating this deadly virus and supporting those living with it. While the cause is a matter of life and death, the event is packed with fun, including live entertainment, prizes, delicious food and beverages, along with a KidZone and PetZone. So get some friends and family together and do a little exercising for a good cause.
