‘Light and Shadow’
 By Norman Spencer

Sheherazade is a new name for an old gallery space. Formerly known as ThinkBox Contemporary and run by artist Shohei Katayama, the garage was renovated to be a window gallery viewable from the outside 24/7. The new gallery manager, Julie Leidner, is keeping up that tradition by showing a new, large, site-specific work by Norman Spencer. The only time to be able to get inside the space is during the opening reception on Saturday, Jan. 27 from 5-9 p.m., but the installation will be on view through February.

SATURDAY, JAN. 27–MARCH 1
