Since last fall, the ever-dynamic LGBTQ+ Community Coalition has been hosting town halls and meetings in order to involve the community in the planning of their ultimate project: the creation of an LGBTQ+ community center in Louisville. Paramount to the group is engaging with members of the community on what shape the center should take, the services it should offer, its location and its general place in the greater LGBTQ+ community. The coalition will be holding its February meeting on Feb. 9 at Louisville Youth Group from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Join in this free and open meeting to ensure your voice is heard, as the coalition continues on with this very important project.
