‘Lawbreakers! A Fast And Furious History Of Women’s Suffrage’

Missed the opening performances of “Lawbreakers!” at StageOne Family Theatre? You still have the rest of the week! Two sisters travel back in time to 1920 to see the suffrage movement in action, meeting famous figures such as Susan B. Anthony and Sojourner Truth. This 65-minute play by local playwright Diana Grisanti (who directed“Sergio’s Museum”) is a delightful tribute to the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment… and the question of “How will my vote make a difference?” couldn’t be more relevant to our upcoming election. Plus, who doesn’t love a fun time travel romp?
