Lady Parts Justice League is a “coven of hilarious and witty feminist comedians and writers who use humor and pop culture to expose the haters fighting against reproductive rights.” The subject is serious, but the show is filled with plenty of laughter, dancing and sexy-time, because what’s the point of having a resistance if you can’t enjoy it? The show is hosted by LPJL cofounder and “The Daily Show” co-creator Lizz Winstead, and it features a diverse cast of comedic of voices. You can also join the LPJL for a “WERKshop” to learn the “best practices for supporting the last remaining abortion provider in Kentucky.” The workshop will take place at Thomas Jefferson Unitarian Church on Sunday, July 23 at 3 p.m. Seating is limited so follow the link of the Facebook event page to RSVP.
