Jonathan Wolff

Each episode of Seinfeld began with a bit from Jerry’s standup routine and the iconic slap-bass theme song (actually a synthesizer), which varied a bit each episode to match “the melody” of the monologue. Composer Jonathan Wolff spent about four hours a week mixing various sounds (from lip smacking to percussion shakers) for what many believe is the best sitcom of all time. The innovative musician behind the Seinfeld theme (and others, like “Will & Grace”) will share Hollywood-insider stories and perform at Gilda’s Club Louisville on Friday. The event is free but you must RSVP. This show is not about nothing because it’s all about Gilda’s support of children and adults with cancer.
