When an evil scientist loses the Nobel Prize for the 10th time in a row, he decides to take out his impotent anger on the one and only Superman, by working with a reporter colleague of Clark Kent’s at The Daily Planet (I wonder who that could be?) to find the superhero’s weak spot (it’s chocolate). Directed by Craig Nolan Highley at the always wonderful Alley Theater, this musical comedy about everyone’s second favorite superhero (the goddamn Batman is first!) is a fun throwback to the golden age of comics.
