Music, food, pints and laughs are all things 2020 has us yearning for. An Irish Fleadh is just that — a festival of music and fun. The Ancient Order of Hibernians (in partnership with The Cafe) are hosting two days of Irish culture including food, beer, cocktails, vendors and live music. Live music Friday includes Derby Boys and Drunk & Sailor. Then, tailgate with Irish food and drinks and “Watch the Irish with the Irish” on Saturday, as UofL plays Notre Dame in football at 2:30 p.m. Later, live music picks back up with Celtica Fae, and Tony and the Tanlines (“who claim to be Irish for the day,” say organizers). Each night includes a bagpiper call to attention, as well as an Irish blessing and tapping with Goodwood Brewing. Tickets include outdoor table seating.
