‘Inspiration’ By Shelly Werts

Shelly Werts believes in the impact of inspiration. “We are all inspired by someone or something,” she said, “through profound events, simplicity in daily activities, complex complications within interpersonal dynamic or nature.” She was inspired by her life experiences — Navy veteran, therapist, business owner — to create the work that will become her first art show. “Inspiration” will be on display for one night only. —Jo Anne Triplett
