Start the costume party early at this week’s Highlands Halloween Parade, the only parade in Louisville dedicated to everyone’s favorite fright night, Halloween. There will be plenty of spooky floats from some of the many haunted attractions and costume stores in Louisville. And there are sure to be some terrifically terrifying costumes and makeup on display for all you horror geeks out there. The parade starts at the intersection of Baxter and Broadway and will move south on Baxter. So grab your friends, dress up (or down) and come enjoy this spooktacular parade!
