Hands-On Korean Kimbap Class

Learn how to make kimbap, a Korean rice dish often served as a snack, at Pints&union in New Albany. Kimbap is distinguished by its sweetness; rather than being seasoned with vinegar, the rice in kimbap is made with sesame oil. Kimbap also traditionally is filled with cooked meats or preserved foods such as tuna or even ham and cheese. Chef Dalton Gahafer will teach you all about the background of kimbap and how to prepare it.
