The Grawemeyer Awards celebrate how a single idea can change the world. Winners of the 2018 UofL Grawemeyer Awards include “a celebrated music composer, an advocate for the overhaul of college financial aid, an expert on African genocide, the founder of black liberation theology and a psychologist who explains the many types of intelligence.” They will be giving free, public presentations of their ideas at various locations next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
