Art, like all other disciplines, has many specialties. Robert Halliday creates in two of them, watercolor painting and graphic design. He says they are “a hard and soft approach, you might say” to making art, acquiring “two different skill sets.” Yet these areas of concentration manage to cohabitate just fine in his latest highly personal solo show.
