I haven’t been back to Bernheim since they closed last year during the pandemic, and that is simply unacceptable. If you’re in the same situation, this First Saturday Nature Hike is the perfect reintroduction to this ecological sanctuary just outside of Louisville. A Bernheim naturalist will take you on a 45-50 minute, family-friendly hike. And, if you can’t make it to this one, there’s another the next day from 10:30 a.m. to noon.
