Film Fest Encores — ‘Reaching for the Moon’

The Louisville LGBT Film Festival is celebrating its upcoming 10th anniversary with a virtual showing of one of its favorite films from previous years. “Reaching for the Moon,” is a ‘50s period piece about the real-life, Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Elizabeth Bishop who moves from the United States to Rio de Janiero where she meets, dislikes and then falls in love with architect Lota de Macedo Soares.
