‘Feminist Expressions’

The Kentucky Foundation for Women is a feminist arts foundation started by writer Sallie Bingham in Louisville in 1985. It awards grants to artists and organizations working toward equality and social change. Kaviar Forge & Gallery is showing 18 Kentucky artists who received a KFW Artist Enrichment grant in “Feminist Expressions.” The invitational exhibition features a variety of media and styles that reflect personal statements of feminism. The opening reception is during the Nov. 30 F.A.T. Friday Trolley Hop from 6 to 8 p.m.
