The Green Building Gallery is back after a seven-month hiatus, with an exhibition of just under 20 photographs by two self-taught artists, Luke Metzinger and Andrew Cenci. The joy of discovery is the underlying theme, with an emphasis on world travel. Metzinger loves to take road trips in his 1976 Volkswagen bus, stating “a perfect night is spent in the Smokies, huddled around a campfire, listening to country music, with a camera in one hand and a cold beer in the other.” Cenci’s photographs of his travels include places far away as well as close to home in Louisville. He “seeks to show you moments in time that have passed by, and allow you to experience a piece of its story.”
