Artist Kathleen Loomis believes daily practice is the best way to hone a skill: She’s made art daily since 2001. “Once you’ve done it this long, the concept takes on a life of its own,” she said. “It has become a part of my life, and I would feel bereft, missing an essential part of me, without it.” Her latest exhibition, “Day by Day by Day: adventures in regular art,” shows us what such discipline means.
